Pilates Group Classes & Rates
We are a multilingual team offering private classes in six languages:
English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, German, and Mandarin.
Our comprehensive class schedule allows you to always find a session that fits your needs. Our studios feature a full range of Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Chair, Tower, and Mat. All classes are open-level unless otherwise noted.
Types of Pilates Group Classes

Reformer
This dynamic, full-body Reformer class focuses on strength, stability, and mobility using spring-based resistance. Expect intentional, low-impact movements that target the core while improving posture, coordination, and overall body control.
Appropriate for beginners through advanced practitioners, with layered progressions offered.

Tower
The tower is a wonderful exercise that combines the springs and resistance from the Reformer and the core strength from the mat.
These classes will be limited to 5 students per class, but there’s always room online. Try one and we are sure you will love it as much as we do!

Pilates Mat
Get ready to move, work hard and keep your spine flexible. We will follow the technique, precision, and order found in the original work of Joseph Pilates. Some classes will utilize props to further enhance your workout. This is an open-level class.
Our In-Studio classes will be limited to 10 students, but there is always room online! Check out the options for online classes.

Barre
A total body sculpting workout using the ballet barre and small, isometric, concentrated movements to create lean dense musculature and exquisite movement control. We will use light weights and other props to really feel the burn! We offer several variations of barre classes.
In Studio Barre classes are limited to 8 students but there is always room online.

Pilates 101: The Perfect Start to Your Pilates Journey.
Who: Beginners and whoever wants to refine their foundational technique.
What: A progressive 5-week series using the Reformer, Tower, and Mat
Where: Providence or Cumberland Studio
Class Size: Up to 3 students in Providence; up to 4 in Cumberland
When: A consistent day/time each week for 5 weeks
Goal: To give new students the tools and confidence to join our Open Level Small Group Class
Cost: $225 for 5 sessions (with a makeup week offered in Week 6).
