Providence Pilates Center Builds Community and Healthy People
The Providence Pilates Center is a Pilates studio that provides a warm, welcoming environment and encourages the entire community to discover the benefits of Pilates. In 2001, Cheryl started Providence Pilates Center. Over the years, the studio has grown from a single instructor facility to nine instructors, from one space to two studios and greatly increased availability. We offer a wide variety of classes to ensure that there is something for everyone. From reformer classes to mat to barre and spin, there is strengthening, cardio and stretching to give you a complete, total-body workout. Our instructors are all certified by a 600-hour certifying program where they are trained on all pieces of apparatus and skilled in dealing with all kinds of physical issues that are presented to us. Our spin, barre, and TRX instructors have all certified in their respective disciplines and many of us have multiple certifications and professional affiliations.
What we offer:
These 55-minute sessions use a variety of Pilates apparatus to create a safe, challenging workout based on the individual needs of the clients.
We offer duets and trios on the Pilates apparatus which will be tailored to the level/ needs of the participants.
We offer many types of group workouts that range in size from 5 person maximum to 15 person maximum. Our classes are taught by certified instructors in Barre, Spin, Pilates tower, Pilates Mat, TRX, Zumba®, and Bhangra.
