Pilates 101: A 5 Week Beginner Course

Our Pilates 101 has been a huge hit!!! If you haven’t heard or experienced it yet, Pilates 101 is 5- week course for Beginner students or those students wishing to review the foundational movements on the Pilates Reformer, Tower and Mat.

Here are the details:

Who: Beginner students or those wishing to hone their technique at the beginner level.

What: Each class will progress from week to week with Pilates work on the Reformer, Tower and Mat in all sessions.

Where: Providence and Cumberland locations

Number of students per class: maximum of 3 in Providence and 4 in Cumberland

When: You will commit to a set day / time for 5 weeks. Some times are already posted and other times can be created based on need.

Cost: $200 for 5 sessions. If you have to miss a session during the 5 weeks, we will have one make up week at week 6.

Goal: To help prepare new students with the tools needed to successfully jump into an Open Level Small Group Class.

For those students more interested in Private 1:1 sessions, we will be continuing our New Student Package of 3 Privates for $240.

This is a one time use package and we will match you to an instructor that will fit your needs. Private sessions are a great way to work on any individual needs you may have along with being introduced to apparatus we don't have in small group settings.
